Ca'n Armat

Holiday home in Central Ibiza, Sleeping 8 in 6 bedrooms...

Ca'n Armat is a fine 300 year old finca that has been fully modernised with good bathrooms and quality beds, and retains its traditional character with fine furniture. All ceilings are traditional sabina wood, and the building has metre thick walls that provide cooler temperatures in the high summer, (and there is A/C in the bedrooms and main kitchen).

There are three large double en-suite bedrooms, a large single, and two single bedrooms suitable for children. We limit the number of guests to ten people.

  • The bedrooms and main kitchen have AC.  All rooms have fans
  • There is parking for three cars, four at a pinch
  • The finca has a washing machine and dryer, and iron/ironing board
  • There is fast broadband Wi-Fi, and Internet TV  with Sky and all UK and international channels
  • The finca has an ample supply of books and DVD’s
  • The kitchens both have dishwashers, and there is a Nespresso machine 
  • There are two fridge-freezers and a microwave
  • There are two child cots
  • All bedrooms have hairdryers
  • Both bath towels and beach towels are provided
  • Cleaning is provided once a week. We can arrange maid service if required
  • The lower garden /pool areas, and the palm garden have outside lighting
  • There are five outside tables, two of which seat 6-10
  • The finca has a manager (English) who will “meet and greet” at the airport, open the house and explain everything, and be on call for any emergencies

Kitchens

Two separate, modernised and full equipped kitchens. The larger is 'country house' style, with sofa, easy chairs, Satellite TV, (all UK channels, + Sky), CD stereo. It also has a 300 year old Mediterranean mosaic floor, (and air-conditioning)

Washing machine, dryer, ironing board.

Living & Dining Room

The living room (entrada) and dining room are impressive, high ceilinged 'big finca' style rooms, with sofas, quality furnishings, stereo etc. The dining table will seat 8-10.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms

3 large en-suite bedrooms, a smaller single/double and two singles. The finca is suitable for 6-7 adults and perhaps 2-3 children in the two smaller bedrooms (they are a bit small for adults)

Outside....

Can Armat has exceptional gardens. The extensive and landscaped gardens contain both a private pool and a fishpond complete with carp and lily pads.

There are shaded eating/entertaining areas in the porchada courtyard, pool area, kitchen loggia, palm garden, and upper courtyard. Parts of the garden, including the pool area and palm garden, are floodlight at night. There are two large outside teak tables that sit 8 plus and two others that seat 6 plus.
